Reset Your Password via SMS

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and Milvin will send a password reset link via SMS within 60 seconds. Follow the link to create a new password. The reset link expires after 15 minutes, so complete the process promptly. If the SMS doesn't arrive, check that your phone has signal and try once more.

Check If Your Account Has Been Suspended or Locked

After five consecutive failed login attempts, Milvin temporarily locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If your account has been suspended for another reason — such as a verification requirement or a terms breach — you will see a specific message on the login screen explaining the next step.
